VOLUNTARY PRE-KINDERGARTEN (VPK)

The Neptune Baptist WEE School participates in the Florida state funded Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) program. In order for your child to participate, they must turn 4 years old before September 1 of the upcoming school year and register through the Duval County Early Learning Coalition. You can register by creating or logging into your Florida's Family Early Learning Portal account or by clicking here. Upon registration, you will receive a Certificate of Eligibility, which you will provide upon enrolling in our program.

The state of Florida requires 540 teaching hours for VPK each year and the WEE School VPK hours are Tuesday-Friday 9:00a.m. - 1:00p.m. Our VPK calendar follows closely with the Duval County Public School (DCPS) calendar with regards to closing dates, but a  full list of the WEE School closing dates for this school year can be found here.
